  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or above certain order values.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
  • You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s live status.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery attempt.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International delivery is not available at this time.
