Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Sparkle Style, we take special care in packing and shipping your products. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the parcel till showing the issue) is mandatory as proof.
  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without a valid unboxing video proof.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized, discounted, or clearance sale items.

3. Return / Replacement Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 9165074510) or email (sparklestyle2025@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your Order ID and unboxing video with our support team.
  3. Once verified and approved, we will arrange a pickup or replacement shipment.

4. Refunds

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 working days after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Additional Notes

  • Sparkle Style reserves the right to approve or deny any return or replacement request based on the evidence provided.
  • All refunds and cancellations are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
